Design, develop and monitor in Salesforce Core
It has never been easier to develop and design a multi-channel loyalty program than with VANEIGENS Engagement Hub. This ISV package is now available in the Salesforce AppExchange. It offers a complete package for designing, developing and monitoring your engagement programs, like B2C customer loyalty programs, B2B incentive programs or B2E engagement programs. You install the package directly into your existing Salesforce org from the AppExchange. This creates a new App (An app is a collection of items that work together to serve a particular function) in your org. It comes with out-of-the box pre-set features, dashboards and reports, but can also easily be modified to your specific business goals and needs.
Each member of your loyalty program will have their account information stored in the App, with the data they provided on registering. During their participation in the loyalty program, data is added to the profile. For instance: purchase behaviour; points generated and redeemed; vouchers received and redeemed; promotion participation, and any other information you need to collect. You don’t need to learn code to modify the VANEIGENS Engagement Hub to your specific requirements. The app is based on flows that you set up with flow builder (Flow Builder is the declarative interface that we use to build individual flows in Salesforce).
