CloseContact set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Keesing, including data-integration from multiple sources and created templates and journeys for their marketing campaigns.

CLIENT:

Keesing was founded in Amsterdam in 1911 by journalist Isaäc Keesing and published its first crossword puzzle magazine in 1930. It is now a multinational company with 11 offices in Europe from Amsterdam to Zürich. Already Europe’s largest publisher of puzzles and braintainment games in print and digital format, Keesing aims to keep expanding into more markets.

OBJECTIVE:

Keesing was looking for a way to unify their available customer data from multiple sources like webshops and subscription systems into one marketing platform. Their wishes included to be able to set up complex campaigns and customer journeys around purchase, abandoned cart, subscription, welcome and win back in several different languages.  

PROJECTS

CloseContact set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud with 6 Business Units and integrated data from multiple outside sources. We created email templates and  subscription and welcome journeys and campaigns in 4 languages for different brands in 5 countries. We also oversee IP warmings and offer continued support for current and future campaigns.
