The complete Luminus multi-channel customer life-cycle (acquisition to win back) was developed and set up by CloseContact. This resulted in 20+ automations, 20+ multi-channel journeys (SMS, email, web, print). We also train its marketers in the practical use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide support.

Luminus is the largest producer of onshore wind and water power in Belgium. It’s installed capacity of 2.090 MW translates to about 10% of the country’s total. It delivers electricity, gas and related services to nearly 2 million private and corporate clients, a market share of about 20%. Luminus is strongly rooted in the local community and employs nearly 2000 people. It is part of the EDF Group, a leading company in the energy sector.

Streamlining data from all available sources, as well as reactivation and optimization of an existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Setting up data,  content assets like email templates and customer journeys in a user-friendly way, so Luminus and its marketers can work in it independently.

CloseContact helped Luminus reorganise its data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using CRM Connector and Contact Builder, among others. We set up the Business Unit and developed a completely new Master Data Layer. This allows marketers to build filters to create audiences and campaigns. We also created an asset library with email templates in Content Builder and executed an IP-warming.
