CloseContact designed and implemented the setup of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) for Webfleet Solutions, including migration of data and content from their legacy system.

CLIENT:
Webfleet Solutions (a Bridgestone company) delivers solutions for professional drivers and businesses to manage their fleet of vehicles. Insights from the data collected are offered in online portals, apps or interfaces that can be integrated in third party systems.

OBJECTIVE:
Realising a more effective lead generation with Salesforce’s B2B marketing automation platform. Because the licence for their existing platform was about to expire, there was an added challenge to complete the migration of all data, running campaigns and content before a fixed deadline.

PROJECTS:
Setup and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement according to the wishes and specifications of Webfleet Solutions. Migration of data, engagement flows, emails, selections and content from the legacy system. Creation of new content for campaigns and journeys.
