We set up marketing automation processes for direct mail, marketing and service messages for several countries. General, regional and local managers can use digital dashboards for reporting at branche level.

Sonova uses customer data to power innovation and to deliver a personal experience and support in-store, remote, and online. They were looking for a partner to connect data-sources like CRM, e-mail, call-center etc., to get a 360° customer view for marketing and support. Additionally, general, branche and regional managers need to be able to modify attendance for campaign days, define the supply of prospects and leads and see reports.
We work for Sonova Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Poland and Canada. We set up marketing/campaign databases for several countries, with automated processes for direct mail, call centers and email, including digital dashboards for general, regional and local managers. We automated appointment, hearing support and opt-in/opt-out emails. We also deliver forecasting reports, data-analysis and campaign management.
